Air parcels

I think it is useful to read Robert Walser when flying. Everything is so marvelous and bustling and full of possibility. So then when the people next to me start to make fun of the Chinese flight attendant's accent I can already be busy with having feelings about the clouds and I do not have to want to punch them in the face. The people, not the clouds.

I love to read in NYC and I especially love to read with Diane Williams and Joshua Cohen and Matt Rohrer. That was a thrill. And to see so many very good friends! Thank you Jeremy & Justin for the arranging of things.

Heather Christle week has come to an end. Thank you Blake and Amy and Mike (whose balls I am instructed to bust) for writing about the book. Thank you to everyone for reading the poems and/or buying the book. Contest winners should be announced very soon.

I am going to start a little gallery of photos of people and other animals biting their copies of the book. Email me (heathermchristle at gmail dot com) if you would like to contribute a picture, okay?
